1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Big Leap LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
1.1. Eligibility
The Services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Services or provide any personal information to Big Leap LLC.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4.5. SMS and Text Messaging Services (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
Consent and Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Big Leap LLC, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services.
Message Types: We may send you the following types of messages:
- Transactional messages (order confirmations, account updates, service notifications)
- Marketing and promotional messages (if you have opted in)
- Account security alerts
- Customer service communications
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any message you receive from us
- Contacting us directly at admin@bigleap.app
- Updating your preferences in your account settings (if available)
After you opt-out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request. We will then stop sending you text messages, except for messages required to complete transactions you have already initiated.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to and received from us. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Carrier Support: Our messaging services are supported on major U.S. carriers including, but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone Number Changes: If you change your mobile phone number, you must update your account information or opt-out from your old number and opt-in with your new number to continue receiving messages.
Automated Technology: Messages are sent via automated technology. You understand that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, and that your consent to receive such messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within the timeframe specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Big Leap LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Big Leap LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
